How to submit a request
Send privacy requests to privacy@meetimely.com. To protect personal data, Meetimely may ask for additional information to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Requests for owner accounts
Access to account data.
Correction of account or business profile information.
Deletion of owner accounts where retention duties do not require continued storage.
Export of data where portability applies.
Requests for booking customers
For booking data, the business receiving the booking will generally be the primary controller. Meetimely will support business customers in handling valid requests concerning booking records processed through the platform.
Response timing
Meetimely should respond without undue delay and, in most cases, within one month of receiving a valid request, subject to the GDPR.
